Did you know that if you’re an Athletics Saskatchewan member AND age 35 or older, then you may also be a Canadian Masters Athletics member?
CMA members are a friendly and welcoming group of people who compete in track & field, cross country, road running and race walking well into their 80s and beyond. Check out this reel from their most recent national indoor championships in Toronto.
There are local, regional, national and inernational competitions to take part in (yes please to travelling the !), and all ability levels — from recreational to elite — are welcome and encouraged to participate. There are no qualifying standards to meet but you will likely meet many new friends!
The good news is that you are never too old to join CMA…only too young. (Can we get a for that?? )If you’re looking to get or stay fit, challenge yourself, meet new friends, and have some fun along the way, check out the CMA.
